Governance Review

Governance review mapped against the Charity Governance Code, including Digi-Board™ online survey of Trustees and senior management team, comprehensive feedback on strengths and weaknesses, best practice options for implementation and facilitation of workshop to plan how to address the findings.

To support and carry out a Governance Review identifying any areas for improvement and an action plan for addressing these issues. This will include making use of an on-line survey that will provide detailed feedback on all areas of governance including safeguarding, fundraising, digital, culture and working relationships between the Board and SMT. The support will also include interviews with Trustees and SMT members, production of a detailed report highlighting best practice and any issues, followed by a half day workshop to present the findings and develop and action plan to support any changes needed.
