Governance review mapped against the Charity Governance Code, including Digi-Board™ online survey of Trustees and senior management team, comprehensive feedback on strengths and weaknesses, best practice options for implementation and facilitation of workshop to plan how to address the findings.
Using the innovative Digi-Board™ governance Survey tool, all trustees sand senior managers will complete an online survey based on the Code of Governance (England and Wales). The replies will be used to compile a comprehensive report back that will identify perceived governance strengths, key areas of concern, and potential implementable best practices. These will be briefed to the Chair (or key trustees) and CEO. A one-day workshop will be held with the trustees and senior management team to enable an action plan to be created.
