HR Consultancy Support

This offer is for one day for any aspect of HR support – for example a review of contracts and staff handbooks, support in managing ‘challenging’ employees, or support with introducing appraisals or line management training.

A review of your contract and handbook will identify if there are any areas where you are not compliant with employment law and make recommendations for changes as well as making recommendations for other documentation that will be helpful for your organisation. The consultancy support also includes up to an hour’s phone call to understand your needs as an employer.

If you need help and advice in managing a challenging member of staff then I can provide telephone or video conferring calls alongside drafting letters and emails to help you manage your staffing situation in a way that makes sure you follow the law but also seeks the best outcome for you and your employee.

We can also offer guidance and support for projects such as line management training or introducing appraisals. This support will be tailored to best meet the needs of your organisation.
