Many charities are looking to diversify income generation by developing commercial activities related to their core mission. If this might help your organisation, this project comprises 3 days pro bono consultancy to explore the potential.

This project offers a charity the chance for three days consultancy around the challenges and opportunities of developing a social enterprise. In this context, this is understood to mean a trading operation delivering services or products related to the organisation’s core mission, normally undertaken through a wholly owned subsidiary, and designed to generate additional income for the charity. This is offered by David Burland of db associates who has experience in this field both as a charity CEO and in working with clients as a consultant.
