This package is for a series of two one-day workshops, bringing together staff and trustees to explore strategic development for your charity.

The first workshop gives staff the opportunity to explore the strategic direction of the charity and highlights the practical challenges and solutions. The results of which are fed into the second workshop where trustees can explore how the strategy could be adapted to enhance impact.
