Strategic Plan

Andrew will provide a framework to support the initial development of a new strategic plan, with a review of mission and vision, and including an outline structure for the plan.

I will hold a visioning workshop to start the strategic planning process, which will be informed by research, telephone interviews with Trustees, SMT and other stakeholders. The target output of this workshop would be agreement around the vision, mission and values, along with initial ideas for headline objectives. To support the process going forward we would provide an outline plan and structure for how the rest of the strategic plan will be written. Additional telephone support will be provided.
